Cooper Tire (CTB) is trading 13.1% higher after it was announced that rival Goodyear Tire will acquire them for $2.8b in cash and stock. Starboard Value Acquisition (SVAC) announced they are merging with data center company Cyxtera Technologies and is trading 12.1% higher. Tesla is trading 2.3% lower after it was announced that Tesla has made more from buying bitcoin than they did selling cars in 2020.
