As Trump insists on a veto for the stimulus bill, Democrats are hoping to pass a quick legislation for $2000 in direct payments. The threat to veto could negatively impact the $35 billion funding for clean energy.


The UK and EU reached a trade deal post-Brexit. This will positively impact the trade of goods as the deal is “zero-tariff, zero-quota.” The deal will help fuel an economic recovery for the UK.


Alibaba slumped 13% today, due to China’s announcement of an antitrust investigation on the company. Jack Ma has agreed to cooperate.
