Intel fell 6.3% over reports of Microsoft designing their own server and surface PC chips, potentially weakening Intel’s chip business.


Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell wants to propose another stopgap spending bill of two days into the weekend to work out differences over the Federal Reserve’s emergency lending powers. Republicans want to check the Fed’s lending powers, while Democrats want to give the central bank more flexibility to carry out emergency lending.
